1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the Vaibaji platform and its users. Vaibaji (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "Vaibaji") is an online Sports Betting and gaming service provider.

2.4 Password Security

Keep your account password strictly confidential. If you notice any unauthorized activity on your account, contact our support team without delay. You are solely responsible for the security of your account.

3 Betting Rules

Please read and understand the following rules before placing bets on Vaibaji. These rules apply to all sports and events.

3.1 Bet Confirmation

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please review the odds and stake carefully before placing your bet. If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, Vaibaji reserves the right to void that bet.

3.2 Odds Changes

Live betting odds change in real time. Odds on confirmed bets will not be altered. However, pre-match bet odds may be updated before the match begins.

3.3 Match Cancellation

If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded. Different rules may apply for multiple bets.

3.4 Maximum Win Limit

A maximum payout limit applies to each sports category and event. These limits may vary based on account tier and event type. Contact our support team for more details.

4 Payment & Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on Vaibaji.

4.1 Deposits

• A minimum deposit limit applies. The current limit can be found on the deposit page of the platform.
• Deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket are credited instantly.
• Bank transfers may take up to 1–4 business hours to process.
• There are no additional charges on deposits.

4.2 Withdrawal

• Withdrawals can only be made from verified accounts.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used.
• The minimum withdrawal amount will be stated on the platform.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Your first withdrawal may take slightly longer due to the verification process.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on Vaibaji are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

5.2 Wagering Requirement

6 Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to manipulate the betting system through fraudulent or illegal means.
• Deposits made using money laundering or illegal funds.
• Attempting to hack the platform's software or systems.
• Operating an account on behalf of, or for use by, a minor.
• Using another user's information or identity theft.
• Betting using bots or automated software.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Vaibaji may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• In cases of a Terms & Conditions violation.
• Failure to complete account verification.
• Extended period of inactivity (generally 12 months).
• Upon request by the user.
• As required by applicable law or regulatory authorities.

Users are generally notified before an account is closed. However, accounts may be closed without prior notice in cases of serious terms violations.

7.1 Self-Initiated Account Closure

You can request account closure at any time through our support team. All valid withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed.

8 Limitation of Liability

Vaibaji is not liable for the following:

• Bets or transactions missed due to internet disconnection.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment services.
• Losses resulting from user negligence or error.
• An unexpected technical error that has been immediately addressed.
• Not achieving the expected returns from betting.
